4 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
2 small green peppers, seeded and sliced thinly

2 hard-cooked eggs, cut into quarters
1 can anchovy fillets
1 can tuna fish, drained and flaked
Green and black olives
Dressing:
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
6 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon tarragon, chives, chervil, and parsley, each finely chopped
