Anasazi Flatbread Recipe
|Olive oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Shiitake mushrooms||8 Ounce, thinly sliced|

Remove them from the heat and allow them to cool.
Combine the flour, milk, baking powder and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer.
Add the butter and mix it slowly with the paddle attachment until the flour mix resembles cornmeal.
Slowly add water until the dough holds together and is well combined.
Allow the dough to rest for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured board to a thickness of 1/4 inch.
Cut out 5-inch circles.
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet until it's hot, and fry the rounds until they're browned.
Carefully remove them, drain them, and season them with kosher salt.
