Directions

GETTING READY:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

MAKING:
2. In a bowl, mix 35 grams of oats, 20 grams protein powder, 2 grams sugarfree cheesecake mix and 1 packet of Splenda.
3. Add 50 grams of pumpkin to the bowl, 3 egg whites and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and mix.
4. Scoop batter into muffin molds and pop into the oven for 8 minutes.

SERVING:
5. Serve these healthy mini muffins as a guilt-free snack.
