Amrakhand Recipe
Ingredients
| Milkmaid Sweetened | ||
| Condensed Milk: 1/2 tin | ||
| Nestle Dahi: 400 gm | ||
| Paneer | 100 Gram | |
| Mango: 1, peeled & mashed | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, whip the Nestle Dahi lightly till smooth.
2)In a different bowl, mash the paneer with your hands till it is creamy and smooth.
3)Pour in Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk and mango pulp into the paneer bowl. Blend well.
4)Fold in the Nestle Dahi into the mixture.
5)Chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
SERVING
6)Serve cold as a dessert after a meal.
