| Nutritional yeast | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Stock | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| String beans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| 2 cups meat or chicken, cooked, cut in thin strips | ||

Directions
Heat oil.
Lightly saute onion and celery.
Add salt, yeast and stock.
Cover.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add vegetables and meat.
Simmer for another 3 minutes.
