American Chop Suey Recipe
Ingredients
4 tablespoons oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cups celery, diced
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 1/2 cups stock, hot
1 cup vegetables, cooked, cubed (carrots, string beans, peas, turnips, parsnips)
2 cups meat or chicken, cooked, cut in thin strips

Directions
Heat oil.
Lightly saute onion and celery.
Add salt, yeast and stock.
Cover.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add vegetables and meat.
Simmer for another 3 minutes.
