Ingredients

 1/4 cup butter or shortening
 2 cup cooked pork, beef, veal or chicken, cut in thin strips
 1 cup onions, sliced thin
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/16 Teaspoon
 Bean sprouts1 Can (10oz), mixed
 Chinese vegetables, drained well
 Celery2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Hot water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Melt butter or shortening in hot skillet.
Add onions, fry 3 minutes.
Add celery, salt, pepper, and hot water.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add drained bean sprouts or Chinese vegetables and meat.
Mix thoroughly and cook 5 minutes covered.
