Ingredients

 
1 pack Ching's Secret Veg Hakka Noodles boiled as per instructions on the pack.
 
2 tbsp of Ching's Secret Chilli Vinegar
 
6 tbsp of Smith and Jones Tomato Ketchup
 
Oil to deep fry
 
150 gms baby corn diced
 
1 capsicum diced
 
1 onion diced
 
100 gms pineapple diced
 
50 gms French beans diced
 
2 tbsp Oil
 
½ cup Water
 
2 tbsp Corn Flour
 
Salt and Pepper to taste
 
1 chopped spring onion to garnish

Directions

Deep fry the noodles till crispy, drain and keep aside. Arrange the fried noodles on a serving dish and keep aside. Add baby corn and French beans to the boiling water, boil for 2-3 min, drain and keep aside. Add 2 tbsp oil in the frying pan, add the vegetables and stir fry. Add the sauces and water. Adjust the seasonings by adding salt and pepper. Mix 2 tbsp of corn flour with 2 tbsp water and add to the boiling sauce to thicken. Pour the prepared vegetables on the fried noodles. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
