Ambrosia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1 package instant vanilla pudding
2/3 cup orange juice
1 9-ounce can (1 cup) crushed pineapple
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Vanilla wafers
1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
Directions
Prepare pudding following the package directions, using 2/3 cup orange juice for the liquid.
Add pineapple.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pile in 6 sherbets.
Tuck wafers around sides.
Chill.
Top with coconut
