Ambrosia Mold Recipe
Ingredients
1 pkg. orange pineapple or orange gelatin
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. whipped heavy cream or 1 c. prepared dessert topping mix
3/4 c. diced orange sections
1 1/4 C. seeded red grapes,halved or 1 banana, sliced and quartered
2/3 c. coconut
Directions
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water; add cold water.
Chill until slightly thickened; fold in whipped cream.
Add remaining ingre dients.
Chill in mold until firm.
