Ambrosia Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg | 1 | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pkg. Pillsbury Apricot Nut Bread Mix | ||
| 8 oz. can {3/4 cup) crushed pineapple, drained | ||
| Flaked coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease (not oil) and flour bottom only of 8x4 or 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In large bowl, combine egg and water.
Add nut bread mix, pineapple and coconut.
Stir 50 to 75 strokes or until thoroughly combined.
Turn into prepared pan.
Bake 55 to 65 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 20 minutes; remove from pan.
