Ambrosia Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Fruit cocktail | 1 16 Ounce | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed | ||
| 1 orange, peeled and diced | ||
| Flaked coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Drain fruit cocktail, reserving 1 cup syrup.
In saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt; blend in water.
Add reserved syrup and orange juice concentrate.
Cook and stir till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Stir in fruit cocktail, diced orange, and coconut.
Chill.
