Ambrosia Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Orange | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 2 flecked-with-brown bananas, sliced | ||
| Seedless grapes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup pitted dates, cut up | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Flaked coconut | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a mixing bowl, combine all the fruits together, drizzle over the lemon juice and refrigerate until chilled.
2) Gently fold in the Cooked Dressing or Mayonnaise, coat well.
SERVING
3) Spoon the salad over a bed of crisp lettuce, garnish with flaked coconut and serve immediately.
