Ambrosia Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 1 13 1/2 Ounce, frozen | |
| Ripe banana | 1 , peeled | |
| 3 medium oranges, sectioned | ||
| 1 cup seedless grapes or halved grapes, seeded | ||
| 2/3 cup naked coconut | ||
| Ginger ale | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Slice banana on bias; dip in pineapple syrup to prevent browning.
Arrange half of each fruit in serving bowl; top with half the coconut, then remaining fruit.
Pour reserved pineapple syrup over.
Chill thoroughly.
At serving time, pour ginger ale over the fruit.
Top with the remaining coconut.
