Amber Marmalade Recipe
Ingredients
1 grapefruit
1 orange, 1 lemon
31/2 quarts water
10 cups sugar
Directions
Wash and dry fruit.
Slice very thin, add water and let stand overnight.
Cook until tender and let stand overnight.
Add sugar, cook until jelly test is obtained.
Pour into clean hot glasses and seal with paraffin.
