Amalfi Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients
3 slices bacon, cut in half
500 ml sliced fresh mushrooms
125 ml chopped onion
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) basil leaves, crushed
1 can 284 ml (10-ounces) condensed tomato soup
50 ml water
2 packages
284 g (10-ounces) each, frozen green beans, cooked and drained
Directions
In frying pan, cook bacon until crisp; remove.
Brown mushrooms and cook onion with garlic and basil in drippings until tender.
Add soup, water and beans.
Heat; stir occasionally; garnish with bacon.
