| Panch phoron | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Red chili | 2 | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |

Directions
2. Heat oil, add panch phoron and whole red chili.
3. Add all the spices. Add the potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add water, salt and cook in medium heat till well done.
