Ingredients

 Potatoes1/2 Kilogram
 Cabbage, finely grated/chopped in long fashion
 Chaat masala a pinch
 Zeera powder pinch
 Green chillies 5-6, finely chopped
 Coriander, finely chopped
 Bread slices 2, soaked in water and drained
 Salt To Taste

Directions

1. Boil the potatoes and peel and grate them, then mash them well.
2. Add salt, zeera powder, chaat masala, green chillies, coriander, crumbled soaked bread and cabbage and mix well.
3. Make into oval tikkis.
4. Bake them in an oven till they become golden brown.
