Alu Tikki Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 1/2 Kilogram | |
| Cabbage, finely grated/chopped in long fashion | ||
| Chaat masala a pinch | ||
| Zeera powder pinch | ||
| Green chillies 5-6, finely chopped | ||
| Coriander, finely chopped | ||
| Bread slices 2, soaked in water and drained | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Boil the potatoes and peel and grate them, then mash them well.
2. Add salt, zeera powder, chaat masala, green chillies, coriander, crumbled soaked bread and cabbage and mix well.
3. Make into oval tikkis.
4. Bake them in an oven till they become golden brown.
