Aloo Raita Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb. potatotes salt | ||
| Natural yogurt | 1 1/4 Pint | |
| Cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Chopped coriander leaves to garnish | ||
Directions
Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until just tender.
Drain and cool, then dice the potatoes.
Whisk the yogurt in a bowl with the cumin seeds, chilli powder and salt and pepper to taste.
