Alsace Cheese Pizzas Recipe

Ingredients
Yeast Dough:
1 (13-3/4-oz., 390-g) pkg. hot roll mix
Water
Topping:
2 medium onions
3 tablespoons (40 g) butter 6 oz. (175 g) sliced bacon
1 egg, beaten
12 oz. (350 g) cream cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
To make yeast dough, prepare hot roll mix with water according to pizza recipe on package.
To make topping, peel onion and slice into rings.
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add onion rings; fry lightly.
Chop bacon into small pieces; fry a few minutes with onion.
Divide dough into 8 portions.
On a floured surface, roll out each portion to a 5-inch (12.5-cm) round.
Brush rounds with beaten egg.
Cut cream cheese into small pieces and scatter over rounds.
Arrange lightly fried onion rings and bacon pieces over cream cheese.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes or until edges are crisp and brown.
