Ingredients

 
boiled aloo-4(big)pressure cook for 3whistle keep aside and peel skin and cut into cubes.
 
medium sized tomatoes-6-cube
 
matar-1/2cup
 
redchilli pd-1tsp
 
coriander pd-1tsp
 
salt to taste
 
water-little
 
coriander leaves-1tbsp
 
SEASONING
 
Oil-2tbsp
 
Mustard seeds-1tsp

Directions

in a pan add oil,mustard seeds,when it pop up.
Add tomatoes and fry till soft.
Add matar,boiled aloo and mix it and allow matar to cook.
Then add dry masala,salt water little and cook for 10mins.
then serve to bowl garnishing with coriander leaves.
Serve with hot chapatti...
