Directions

Step 1: Chop the potato into small pieces

Step 2: Chop the capsicum into small pieces

Step 3: Heat the wok and add one tablespoon of vegetable
oil.

Step 4: Add small pieces of red chili and Curry leaves to
saute.

Step 5: Add the chopped potatoes and Capsicum.

Step 6: Mix one teaspoon coriander, 1 / 2 teaspoon turmeric
powder and salt to taste.

Step 7: Mix 100 ml of water in the wok, mix it and close
the lid on slow flame.

Step 8: After 10 minutes open the lid.

Step 9: Potato Capsicum Fry is ready to serve.

Step 10: Garnish it with coriander leaves

Yeah, I agree with the above comments. This video DID look very unprofessional. Some advice: -take your rings off before cooking! -use non-stick spoon for non-stick pan! -and please learn to 'chop' the ingredients properly!!!

lol! that pan wudnt be non stick anymore after u bang in that iron spatula so hard on it like a million times.. although the recipe is correct but a bit of garam masala at the end and some coriander leaves wud give it an amazing flavour
