Directions

Step 1: Wash and then peel off the potato skin

Step 2: Cut the potatoes into small pieces

Step 3: Chop the onions into small pieces

Step 4: Heat the wok and add two tablespoons of vegetable oil

Step 5: Add curry leaves in the heated oil

Step 6: Cut the green Chilli and put it into the heated wok and fry for 15 sec.

Step 7: Add the onion to the heated wok and fry on medium flame for three to five
minutes to golden brown

Step 8: Add 1/2 a table spoon of coriander powder and turmeric powder

Step 9: Add the diced potatoes in the wok and stir

Step 10: salt to taste

Step 11: Add 50ml of water and mix well.

Step 12: Close the lid and leave it for 10 minutes on mild flame.

Step 13: After 10 Minutes, your Aloo Onion Sabji is ready.

Step 14: Garnish with Cilantro
