Aloo Pudina Sabji Recipe

Ingredients

 
10 potatoes boiled and peeled
 
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finaly chopped
 
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves , finely chopped
 
1 tsp cumin powder
 
1 tsp coriander powder
 
1/2 tsp chilli powder
 
salt and pepper to taste
 
4 tbs oil

Directions

Point 1- Cut the potatoes into half and mix with mint leaves,powders,salt,pepper and keep aside for 50 minutes.

Point 2- heat oil in a pan and fry the above mixture on low fire untill it gets golden colour.

Point 3- Garnish with cilantro and serve
