Aloo Patta Gobi Recipe Video
This is a yummy and easy to make Aloo Patta Gobi Sabzi Recipe Video. A healthy meal, this Aloo Patta Gobi Sabzi dish is my favorite. This is also called Potato Cabbage Fry. I have taken care of the spices and vegetable oil to retain the nutritional value of this Aloo Patta Gobi ki Sabji. Cabbage is called Patta Gobi and potato is known as Aloo in Hindi language.

Ingredients
Potato 250gms
Cabbage 250gms
Tomato 100gms (chopped)
Green Chilli one (chopped)
Chopped Garlic 5 to 10 cloves (chopped)
Chopped Green coriander leaves (cilantro)
Coriander Powder one teaspoon
Turmeric powder one teaspoon
Salt to taste
Directions
Step 1: Wash and then peel off the potato skin
Step 2: Cut the potatoes in small pieces
Step 3: Chop the cabbage into small pieces
Step 4: Heat the wok and add one or two table spoon of vegetable oil
Step 5: In heated oil add chopped garlic into the wok and stir for 15 sec
Step 6: Add small pieces of chopped chilli and fry for next 15 sec.
Step 7: Add the chopped cabbage in the wok and stir on medium flame
Step 8: Add potato into the wok and stir to mix
Step 9: Mix one tea spoon coriander powder, 1 / 2 teaspoon turmeric powder, and salt to
taste
Step 10: Mix well and close the lid for 7 minutes on slow flame
Step 11: Mix the chopped tomato in the wok and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame
Step 12: Now the Aloo patta gobhi sabji is ready
Step 13: Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro

I have not seen the video but the recipe description is not good. I just tried to follow it and added the cabbage before the potato. What has happened is that the cabbage has already started burning but the potato is still not done ! Maybe I have cut the cabbage too small...you should add a reference on how small to cut the cabbage.
