Directions

Step 1: Wash and then peel off the potato skin and pea pods

Step 2: Cut the potatoes into small pieces

Step 3: Heat the wok and add one teaspoon of vegetable oil

Step 4: Cut the green chilli and put it in the heated pot and fry for 15 seconds

Step 5: Mix the peas in the wok and stir fry on medium flame for two minutes

Step 6: Add chopped potatoes into the wok

Step 7: Add a small amount of water (50ml)

Step 8: Add coriander powder and turmeric powder

Step 9: Add salt to taste and then stir to mix properly and close the lid

Step 10: After 10 minutes, open the lid

Step 11: Your Aloo Matar Sabji is ready to serve

Step 12: Garnish it with cilantro
