Directions

In a bowl mix whole wheat flour,salt ,1 tspn oil and enough water to make a soft dough,keep it aside.
in another bowl peel and mash the potatoes ,add cumin powder,red chili powder,coriander powder,salt,garam masala.
add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it all well.make small balls of the mixture and keep it aside.
Take a lemon size dough, & roll it into small circle about 4"diameter.
Place a handful of filling at center ,bring all the ends together and overlap them and make sure not to leave any openings.
Press gently, dust with dry flour, and roll .
Heat a heavy griddle ,place the paratha in it.
Add oil to all sides.allow one side to cook.
Now turn it and let it cook.
pat it with butter on both sides.
serve hot with butter,raita or pickle.

Thats a good idea,but you know nothing can beat it with frying it with ghee though its fattening :)
