· Potatoes 600 gram
 
· Garlic 50 gram
 
· Ginger 50 gram
 
· Pickle 100 gram
 
· Cumin powder 25 gram
 
· Turmeric powder 25 gram
 
· Green chilli 25 gram
 
· Vegetable oil 100 gram
 
· Garam masala 5 gram
 
· Salt 10 gram
 
· Tomato puree 50 gram
 
· Onion 200 gram

Directions

1. Heat vegetable oil and add onion, ginger and garlic
2. Simmer and add all the powder masalas and tomato
puree
3. Add salt and potatoes, cook until are ready and
take off fire
4. Serve with chopped fresh coriander leaf

a better way is to add some hollow toms and if not u can use canned ones. the texture comes just lovely
