1. In a bowl, mix mashed potato with crushed green peas, coriander, chaat masala, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
2. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a round, flat 2-inch patty.
3. Heat a non-stick griddle over medium flame and grease it with oil. Cook the patties, using little oil, until both sides turn golden brown.
4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
