Directions
Heat the ghee or oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds and fry until they crackle.
Add the carrots and potatoes and continue frying for 5-6 minutes.
Add the chilli powder, turmeric, coriander, salt and water.
Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the carrots and potatoes are tender and the mixture is dry.
