Aloha Skillet Hominy Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 package brown and serve sausages | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 can white hominy, drained | ||
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Dash of dry mustard | ||
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Simmer sausages, onion and water in a skillet until onion is transparent and sausages browned.
Add butter and hominy; cook until hominy is heated through.
Stir in pineapple, mustard and salt; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
