pineapple rings canned or you can use fresh
1 cup light brown sugar
a couple of staranese (a star shaped spice)
1 tbsp ground clove
1 tbsp all spice
1 tbsp balck pepper
salt to taste
Directions

coat each side of the ribs with brown sugar
rub the black pepper onto each side
rub the ground clove onto each side
cook according to instructions on episode 2
exeception ( before wrapping with foil add the all spice, staranese, and pineapple)
