Aloha Chippers Cookies Recipe
Aloha Chippers is are addictive cookies that are simply mouth watering! I served this for an informal get together at home with friends and it was a complete success. Try making the Aloha Chippers!
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1 tablespoon dark rum or water | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips | ||
| White chocolate chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flaked coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Macadamia nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or leave ungreased.
Cream butter, sugars, egg, rum, vanilla, baking soda and salt in large bowl until light and fluffy.
Blend in flour until dough is smooth and stiff.
Stir in semisweet and white chocolate chips, 1/2 cup coconut and the macadamia nuts.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
Sprinkle tops of cookies with additional coconut.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until just firm in center.
Do not overbake.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
