Aloha Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Dry mustard
2 cups shrimp, cooked
1 pound spinach, cooked
Toasted coconut
Directions
Combine soup, sour cream, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and mustard.
Heat; then stir in cooked shrimp.
Layer in serving dish with cooked spinach.
Garnish with toasted coconut.
