 Gelatin1⁄3 Ounce, sweetened with aspartame (Lemon Flavored Gelatin)
 Boiling water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cold water3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Sweetener5 Tablespoon (Aspartame)
 Low fat cottage cheese1 Cup (16 tbs) (1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese)
 Whipped topping mix2 1⁄8 Ounce, sweetened with aspartame
 Graham cracker crust6
 Strawberry topping1 Tablespoon
 Strawberry halves4 (For Garnishing)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add cold water and sweetener, stirring well.
Chill mixture until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Place cottage cheese in container of an electric blender, process until smooth.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Prepare whipped topping mix according to package directions, fold into gelatin mixture.
Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust, chill until slightly set.
Spoon strawberry topping on cheesecake, and chill until firm.
Garnish with strawberry halves.
