almonds and chocolate Recipe
Ingredients
unsalted butter 150 grams
castor sugar 150 grams
eggs 150 grams
almond powder 100 grams
flour 70 grams
cocoa powder 50 grams
baking powder 15 grams
chopped dark chocolate or chips 70grams
milk 60 grams
chocolate sauce few spoons
Directions
• Cream the butter and sugar till white & fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
• Sift flour, almond powder, cocoa powder and baking powder. Fold some flour in the chopped chocolate.
• Add the milk and then fold the flour mix and the chopped chocolate.
• Grease the baking mould with butter & caster sugar. Place some chocolate sauce on the bottom of the baking dish and spoon out the pudding mixture till 2/3 rd the height.
• Cover the mould with aluminum foil and bake in the combi oven in steam at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
or keep baking moulds in pan with water upto 1/8 of mould.
