| Strong tea | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Almond extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon | 3 , juiced |

Directions
1) In a saucepan, combine the sugar, water, lemon rind and bring to a boil
2) Stir continually till the sugar is completely dissolved
3) Add in the tea, almond extract, vanilla, lemon juice and enough water to equal gallon liquid

4) Serve the tea hot or cold
