Almond Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Bread slice | 8 | |
| Blanched almonds | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| 1/4 cup Madeira wine | ||
| Green onions | 10 , cut into pieces | |
| Ham | 1/4 pound, cubed | |
| Parsley sprigs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Blender chop onions, ham and parsley.
Saute in butter with salt and thyme.
Blender crumb bread.
Place in large mixing bowl.
Blender chop almonds, add to crumbs.
Add sauteed combination, eggs and wine to crumbs and mix well.
