 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 White rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Milk2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Almonds1⁄4 Pound, grated
 Sugar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Almond extract1 Teaspoon
 Raisins1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Combine water, salt, rice, and lemon juice in cooker.
Close cover securely and set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached and control is jiggling gently, remove from heat.
Allow to cool normally.
Remove the cover.
Add milk, almonds, sugar, almond extract, and raisins to the rice.
Stir until all ingredients are hot and blended.
Since this is a sweet soup, it is good served after the meat course.
