Almond Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
2 pounds cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimentos, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup silvered almonds
Paprika
Directions
Combine the shrimp, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, pimentos, garlic, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, hard-cooked eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Spoon into a greased 3 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs, slivered almonds and paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve over rice.
