Almond Mace Cream Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Blanched almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground mace | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Almond extract | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Add the salt to the egg whites and beat until they stand in stiff peaks.
Gradually beat in the sugar.
Fold in the whipped cream, almonds, mace and almond extract
