Almond Flatbread are very popular among my friends. You will love this bread for its simplicity and also for its amazing flavor. Almond Flatbread are my husbands favorite and I often pamper him by serving it for most weekend morns.

 Butter2 Tablespoon, softened (or margarine)
 Dairy sour cream1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Milk3 Tablespoon

Directions

Heat oven to 400°.
Grind nuts in blender, watching carefully.(Or nuts can be finely chopped by hand.)
Mix all ingredients with fork.
Pinch off 1inch balls.
Roll each ball into 4 inch circle on floured board.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
