Honey Almond Cookies Recipe

| Pure almond extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemons | 1 , grated rind | |
| Cinnamon | 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground | |
| Nutmeg | 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground | |
| All spice | 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground | |
| Whole wheat flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Almonds/Other nuts | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), ground |

Directions
Add extract, rind and spices.
Stir in flour and almonds.
Dough should be stiff.
If too thick, add milk; if too thin, more flour.
Shape into long rolls.
Wrap in wax paper and chill for 4 hours or overnight Slice thin.
Arrange on oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° F. for 5 to 8 minutes.
When done, cookies should be light brown.
