Almond-Chicken Casserole Recipe
The almond chicken casserole is a prepared with cooked chicken and noodles with beans, almonds and cheese. Baked with alternating layers of chicken and noodles with yogurt and mayo mix flavored with parsley and spices, the almond chicken bake is quite filling and very tasty.
Ingredients
| 1 8-ounce container plain yogurt | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried parsley | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed Dash pepper | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 8-ounce package wide noodles, cooked and drained | ||
| 1 10-ounce package French-style frozen green beans, cooked and drained | ||
| Cooked and cubed chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Slivered almonds | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese Paprika | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine first 8 ingre-dients.
Layer 1/2 each of noodles, beans, chicken, almonds, cheese and sauce in a 3-quart casse-role.
Repeat layers Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
