Almond Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Almonds | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| White grapes | ||
| 4 red-rose petals | ||
Directions
Blanch almonds by dropping them into boiling water about 5 minutes or until outer shells come off easily.
Place almonds and garlic in food processor or blender; process until a meal develops.
With machine running, gradually add water, wine, oil, and salt.
Process until soup develops smooth consistency; chill.
Ladle soup into bowls; garnish with grapes and rose petals.
