Ingredients

 Ground almonds1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Breadcrumbs1 Tablespoon
 Lemon thyme- a good pinch
 Tomato1
 Onion1 Teaspoon, grated
 Crispbread biscuit- 1
 Salt and pepper- a good pinch
 Salt and pepper- a good pinch

Directions

MAKING
1. Mix all ingredeints with the biscuit together
2. Form into rissoles or rolls
3. Press in one crushed crispbread biscuit
4. Leave for 2 or 3 hours to set

SERVING
5. Can be served with apple sauce or grated apple and salad if liked

TIPS
Sage can be used instead of thyme
