Almond Rissoles Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground almonds | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Breadcrumbs | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon thyme- a good pinch | ||
| Tomato | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Crispbread biscuit- 1 | ||
| Salt and pepper- a good pinch | ||

Directions
MAKING
1. Mix all ingredeints with the biscuit together
2. Form into rissoles or rolls
3. Press in one crushed crispbread biscuit
4. Leave for 2 or 3 hours to set
SERVING
5. Can be served with apple sauce or grated apple and salad if liked
TIPS
Sage can be used instead of thyme
