 Almond meal1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oat flour2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tsp corn-free vegetable shortening
 Safflower oil1 Teaspoon
 Honey1 Teaspoon
 Ice water3 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine almond meal and oat flour.
Cut in shortening.
Add oil, honey, and ice water.
Blend.
Pat into a lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 400° 8-10 minutes for unbaked filling.
