Almond Pie Crust Recipe
Ingredients
| Almond meal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oat flour | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tsp corn-free vegetable shortening | ||
| Safflower oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ice water | 3 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine almond meal and oat flour.
Cut in shortening.
Add oil, honey, and ice water.
Blend.
Pat into a lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 400° 8-10 minutes for unbaked filling.
