Almond Pastry Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Ground almonds | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl.
Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs.
Mix in the remaining ingredients until the dough is smooth.
Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in waxed paper and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
