Almond Paste Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound almonds, blanched
1 pound sifted confectioners' sugar
3 egg whites, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
1. Grind the almonds finely.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Spread over the cake. Let dry.
