Almond Rice Flour Macaroons Recipe

| Caster sugar | 8 Ounce | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| 1 Tbs. ground rice or fine semolina | ||
| Ground almonds | 6 Ounce | |
| Blanched almonds | 18 | |
Directions
Beat the egg whites and salt until stiff.
Fold in the almonds,'sugar, and rice flour.
Put in rounds on rice paper or heavily greased baking trays.
Place an almond on each.
Bake in a slow oven.
