Almond Curd Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 tsp powdered agar-agar or 1 cup soaked and strained agar-agar strands | ||
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Almond essence | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add water, sprinkle agar-agar and allow to boil, stir until the agar-agar dissolves
2. Add condensed milk and almond essence to it and pour it into a large shallow glass dish or cake tin;, allow to cool down and then chill to set
3. Cut cubes or diamonds
SERVING
4. Serve as such or with canned or fresh fruits
